You’ll build a one-page strategy, a one-year plan, and a 10-week operating sprint with weekly priorities, clear owners, and a people-and-profit scorecard. We’ll also cover AI, brand, finance/tax, operations, and leadership health—without the fluff.

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

It’s a 2-day, in-person workshop (Phoenix, AZ • Nov 3–4). You’ll receive the detailed agenda, session times, and venue info in your confirmation email.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES?

None. This workshop is designed for owners, CEOs, and senior leaders. Come with your current goals, key metrics, and the top challenges you want to solve. We’ll send a short pre-work survey so you get the most from the two days.
